As Vice President of Operational Excellence, Alison leads organization-wide initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance in service of ITHAKA’s mission. With a focus on continuous improvement, she fosters a culture of excellence that empowers ITHAKA’s teams to champion positive change and rapidly deliver value to external and internal constituents. Alison also leads critical change management efforts that drive innovation and reduce operational costs. 

Alison brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Applied Computer Science. She has worked in a variety of technology and leadership roles in the healthcare, media, and higher education industries. Her background in technology and quality software engineering equips her to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that can drive meaningful change. 

Alison is deeply committed to community service. She volunteers as a youth group team leader, contributes to fundraising for the Team Ohio Organ Transplant Games, and enjoys coaching youth athletics, where she fosters teamwork and leadership skills in young people. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending quality time with her family and dog, Sully, on Lake Erie—activities that help her recharge and stay inspired.
